I work with women who have spent years operating at a high standard—often under sustained pressure—and are ready to feel more steady, clear, and supported in how they function each day.
Many of the women I work with are navigating persistent fatigue, digestive changes, or a sense that their body is no longer responding the way it once did.
They are capable. They are experienced. And they are often used to figuring things out on their own.
But at a certain point, that approach stops working.
30 Years in High-Stakes Environments
Prior to my work in nutrition, I spent over 30 years in the corporate world, including executive leadership within national security and government infrastructure—working within one of the largest divisions in the organization across multiple regions.
I understand what it means to operate in environments where expectations are high, demands are constant, and there is little room to step back. That experience shapes how I approach this work - not just from a clinical perspective—but from a practical one.
Background
I’ve also seen firsthand how easy it is to push aside early signs - and how quickly it becomes normal to work around how you feel, rather than address it.
That experience is why I take the approach I do. The women I work with don't need to be told to slow down. They need a strategy that fits the life they're living—and a clear understanding of what's driving how they feel.
Many women are navigating an overwhelming amount of information. Nutrition advice. Conflicting recommendations. Changing trends. Trying to determine what actually applies—and what will truly help. There’s no shortage of information. What’s often missing is clarity.
You don’t have to continue navigating this on your own.
My role is to help you understand what’s contributing to how you feel—and to guide you through a more personalized, structured approach that supports your energy, digestion, and overall health.
This work is guided by a process that moves beyond guesswork. Together we work to understand what's actually driving your symptoms, develop a strategy tailored to your life, and support you as you implement and sustain that progress over time.
To Provide That Clarity.
MY ROLE
I Believe
You can’t outwork what your body is asking for.
Philosophy
01.Your health should support how you live—not work against itSustainable energy and clear thinking aren't luxuries. They're what make everything else possible. | 02.Fatigue and digestive symptoms are signals—not something to ignore
Your body isn't failing you. It's telling you something specific. Learning to read that changes everything.

03.
Sustainable change is more effective than constant effort
Pushing harder is rarely the answer. The right strategy - applied consistently - delivers results that last. | 04.
Women who are used to being relied on deserve support they can rely on
Personalized, structured, honest guidance - not generic advice that leaves you guessing. |
